As soon as you step foot to untouched nature, you will be reminded to quiet the busy voices inside, drop into your body, and turn up the senses. This half day package starts off with a sounds of nature boat excursion, followed by restore and flow yoga practice, guided meditation, perhaps a cold plunge if you’re up for it and finished with a light nutritious lunch. This experience is flexible, just like you. It can cater to just yourself and a partner or bring the whole gang to share in the journey inwards.
